SDSU: Virtual Workshop, Weathering the Storm in Small Business

Purpose:

Numerous factors may cause stress for small business owners. During the COVID-19 pandemic, changes in business beyond the control of the business owner are taking place. This virtual workshop is designed to help small business owners and their families understand the signs and symptoms of chronic stress, and how to handle stress for a more productive mindset.

Objectives:

  • Identify stress signs and symptoms.
  • Practice three everyday strategies for managing stress.
  • Make an action plan for managing stress.
  • Find out where to go for more help and resources available for stress management.
  • Be provided with information about business resources related to COVID-19.
