Cash donations made at tomorrow’s Community Tailgate in Madison will go to support the Lake Area Recovery Network. The Lake Area Recovery Network was established after the flood of 1993 and helps meet the unmet needs of the community.
The community tailgate is tomorrow from 1:00 until 4:00 outside Trojan Field. All those affected by the flood, emergency responders, and volunteers are encouraged to attend the event, which includes a free meal.
KJAM will be broadcasting live from Saturday’s tailgate to help share stories and information.
The first one-thousand dollars donated to the Lake Area Recovery Network during tomorrow’s tailgate event will be matched by a donation from local law enforcement.
