Load Management Incentives

  • Water Heater Credit: 0.5 cents/KWH on monthly usage between 50 KWH and 800 KWH with a minimum of $375 per customer.
  • Air Conditioner Credit: 1.25 cents/KWH on monthly usage for months of July, August and September between 300 KWH and 1200 KWH with a maximum of $11.25 per dwelling unit on 220 volts air conditioner.
  • Electric Heat Credit: 2.813 cents/KWH on monthly usage for months of December, January and February between 1000 KWH and 1400 KWH with a maximum of $11.25 per dwelling unit (4 KW electric heating system required).
  • Off Peak Usage Rates: 3.52 cents/KWH for usage that can be interrupted at the convenience of the city without advance notice to the customer.
