Air Service

The Madison Municipal Airport services private aircraft with a friendly and forward-thinking attitude. As one of the busiest small airports in the state, the Madison Municipal Airport has welcomed the arrival of South Dakota governors, international visitors, and corporate executives. Air travel and freight are available at the Madison Municipal Airport for small non-commercial flights. The airport has lower construction and lease rates when compared to the same hangar space in larger airports. Larger retail companies often base and fly light or twin-engine airplanes from larger cities. Corporate clients often use the airport to travel cross country using turboprops.
