This L-shaped building is located on the southwest edge of Madison. The 37,500 square foot building sits on approximately 3 acres with ample room for growth. It has new electrical services and 18 foot high sidewalls. The building is steel framed, steel sheeted and has a 20’x72’ silo with a 210,000# compound capacity. The building sits on a Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad spur.

The building has two 2,000 amp services totaling 4,000 amp services; the voltage is 277/480 and it has 3 phase power, 2 overhead truck entrances to the interior dock, office space and 2 sets of bathrooms. There is one 122/08 three phase step down transformer.

The east portion of the building constructed in 1975, houses the facility offices, manufacturing and storage area. The west portion of the building constructed in 1979 is used for finished product storage, receiving, shipping and maintenance and has a lunch area, restrooms and truck dock. There is a Mezzanine above the plant floor that contains two additional offices.
