Riggin Approved as new Madison Airport Manager

The Madison City Commission has agreed to a contract for Airport manager services for the city. Commissioners last night authorized the mayor to sign the contract with Morris Riggin, who is doing business as Riggin Flight Service. Riggin is from Aberdeen and will be moving to Madison soon, according to Airport Board member Ken Johnson.

Madison’s airport has been operating without a manager since December when previous manager, Chris Funk, left to take another position at South Dakota State University in Brookings.
